Screen printing mesh? US? T? Microns?

What mesh count do I need? It could be a minefield but actually fairly simple to get your head around, until you start trying to work in US measurements, UK measurements AND micron size! We get asked all the time and it's about time we got a little conversion chart up and showing the various measurements.
