EU Sales - Brexit Update

EU - Brexit Update - It's not goodbye, it's see you again soon.

The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement requires significant changes to the way we ship your orders cross-border and how we now account for duties and VAT in EU countries.

It's been a challenging few days for our international operation and as we understand more about how to process EU orders, we have no choice but to hit the pause button and evaluate how best to proceed.

Unfortunately this means that with immediate effect we are temporarily  pausing shipping to Europe and the Republic of Ireland.

As advice is filtering through, it is  clear that there are more complex processes, additional customs data and new requirements on how import duties and VAT is processed in order for a UK based business to sell in to the EU.

The last thing we want is our customers being hit with unexpected import duties and VAT charges but the new rules mean that tax and duties will most likely be due on delivery. 

We hope that we will find a solution and that EU orders will resume again soon.
