Artwork Guide 🎨Â
Whether you are printing the Transparency yourself, using our Transparency Printing Service or are using our Custom Screen Exposure Service, either way you'll need to follow our Artwork Guide to ensure your artwork or design works.
How does it work?
After designing your artwork or design following the artwork guide, The inkjet printer reproduces the artwork onto the transparent film, ensuring accurate representation of the design. Once your Screen is coated with Photo Emulsion, you'll then expose your Screen using the transparency film as it'll act as the positive image of the design.
Then during the exposure process, the screen along with the transparency film, is exposed to a light source that activates the light-sensitive emulsion. The areas of the emulsion covered by the black ink from the transparency film block the light, while the clear areas allow the light to pass through - leaving you with an exposed image on your screen!Â
In summary, Inkjet Transparency Films serve as a crucial tool for creating accurate and detailed stencils. They enable screen printers to translate their designs from digital formats onto physical screens, allowing for precise and consistent prints on various substrates.
