We use the highest quality mesh, and every screen is stretched to perfection.
For the t shirts & fabric screen we'll either use a 43t or a 55t mesh depending on your artwork. For the paper & card screen we'll either use a 90t mesh or a 120t mesh depending on your artwork.
Max Image Size: A4 (297mm x 210mm)
Ideally, on an A4 screen you want your artwork to be just a bit smaller than an A4 piece of paper. If you're printing a full A4 image, you'll have more room to move your ink around on an A3 custom screen.

Top tips:
Don't forget to pick up some specialist screen printing blue tape to tape up the edges of the screen before printing. It's easier to peel off and leaves nothing behind on the screen once removed.
We highly recommend leaving 3-4cm gap around the edge of your artwork so its leaves a border on the screen. Printing from edge to edge is very difficult and will not yield the best results.
Artwork struggles? If you're struggling to convert your artwork to rich black, or a vector file you could use Fiverr - it's a cheap and quick way to get it done by a professional.
Turnaround times: Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks from us receiving correct artwork. If your artwork is not sent in as per our artwork guidelines, this will delay your order.
