A Foam Block is used for ensuring proper contact and pressure between the Screen Mesh and the Transparency Film during screen exposure. The Foam Block helps achieve this by providing a soft and cushioned surface for the screen to rest on during exposure so that everything is kept tight together during the process.
You can cut the foam blocks to make them smaller to fit various screen sizes.
